I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I suck at blogging.
That said, it’s not because I’m just crap at updating. I have a lot on at the moment. I’m on my second year at uni, and that’s more involved this year than it was last year. And then there’s work, and the kids. You’d think that having all of my kids in school all day would make things easier, but no. My youngest is a pain in the butt and thinks it’s ok not to go to school. Technically he doesn’t have to go yet, but it’d be nice if he did.
NaNoWriMo was a success this year. 85k by halfway through the month. God only knows how I managed it, but I did. Yay!
I’ll update again soon, I promise.

Storm Imogen is battering the country this week, and it’s not particularly nice outside. There’s too much wind, too much rain, and it meant that instead of heading east on the M62 last night, we ended up heading west, and ended up just outside Rochdale when we should have been turning onto the A1(M) at Ferrybridge. That was fun.
This came at the end of a week in which I had to do all my research again for my latest assignment, and then write a 1,200 word essay by hand because my stupid laptop decided to cannibalize itself. Continue reading “I think computers hate me!”
It’s almost time for NaNoWriMo again; about 19 days by my calculation. And this year, in addition to working, I’ve also got University to fit NaNoWriMo around! Glutton for punishment? Maybe.
